HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM?
At Saunders Personal Training studio our clients are very important to us so personal Training should be about the personal touch rather than you queuing for machines or having gym members jumping in between sets spoiling their session itself.
WHAT TYPES OF FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU HAVE AT THE STUDIO.
Our studio has various types of equipment. Dumbbells from 1.5KG - 25KG. Kettlebells 2KG - 40KG. Leg press, hack squat, squat rack, cables, lateral pull down.
We also have assault bikes. Rowers, Ski-ergs & steppers too.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?
There is an option to use our recommended nutritionist. Please ask for more details.
HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER A GYM?
Our personal trainers are all level 3 qualified. Two are former PT army instructors as well as Hyrox qualified coaches.
We are passionate about our clients their goals and through the qualifications and experience we’ve gained over the years we will help you get the best results possible.
I AM INJURED, IS IT POSSIBLE TO STILL TRAIN?
if you have an injury then we can train you no problem at all. Over the years we’ve helped many clients on the road to recovery. We are all first aid trained also.
CAN I TRAIN EXTRA IN THE GYM ASWELL AS PERSONAL TRAINING?
As a personal training client there is an option to come in and train if there is a member of the coaching team on site.
HOW DO YOU DIFFERENTIATE FITNESS ABILITIES DURING THE GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES?
Our group exercise classes cater for all levels of fitness. We have coloured wrist bands to wear during the sessions for different abilities. Silver = Beginner. Black = Intermediate. Gold = Advanced
DO YOU HAVE TOILETS AND SHOWER FACILITIES AT THE PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO ITSELF?
We a shower for clients to use, changing facilities and toilets also. Free parking is on site and only a short two minute walk there are many shops such as Marks and Spencers, Aldi and Next if you fancy picking up the weekly shop.
