If you are looking for 1-2-1 personal training tailored to yourself then look no further. Our trainers will look after you from day one. We will start with the initial consultation to discuss goals, targets and mindset and how we can reach them together during those all important personal training sessions. If you are looking to improve strength, endurance or technique then look no further as we have you covered.

HYROX CLASSES 

As an Hyrox affiliate gym our Hyrox classes are taken by fully qualified Hyrox coaches which we run on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. 

We cater for all abilities of fitness to help you crush a PB!  

Whether you are a seasoned Hyrox athlete or maybe you are taking on the first race then we have you covered no problem at all.

OUTDOOR & INDOOR BOOTCAMP CLASSES 

Our fun indoor & outdoor Bootcamp classes cater for all abilities of fitness from beginner to advanced. Our Bootcamp sessions are a great way to meet like minded individuals on their own fitness journey to becoming the best versions of themselves. There’s no other way than being outside in the fresh open air working out and having fun whilst doing it. Sometimes we use battle ropes, tyres and kettlebells and other weeks we go for body weight exercises. Our Bootcamps are great for improving stamina, endurance & confidence. SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING  

Our small group Personal Training packages are small groups with a maximum of 6 people. 
You’ll get to work closely with our expert personal trainers whilst achieving some incredible results.

CIRCUIT TRAINING & HIIT SESSIONS.

Our Sunday Circuits classes are very popular. You’ll get to use a wide range of equipment such as rowers, kettlebells, weights, ski-ergs and slam balls. At the beginning of the session you'll be issued the equipment for you to use and our coaches will take care of the rest. This class is a great way to get fitter and stronger and a great way to enjoy Sunday mornings.
